RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items included in our Black Friday Sale are eligible for exchange or return until January 31, 2025. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Domestic Returns:
Regular-priced Sarah Alexandra shirts may be returned for a full refund, less a $12 restocking fee, within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges for non-sale items are free of charge. After 14 days, the shirt may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. All sales are final after 45 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in saleable condition. Any worn, washed, or damaged shirts may not be returned. Please note that processing returns and exchanges may take up to one week.
International Returns:
For return shipping, all packages will be sent back via DHL. All International returns are subject to a $40 restocking fee.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Please CLICK HERE to create your return label.
- Input your Order Number and Shipping Zip Code and click the gold “Start a return” button to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Select the items you want to return or exchange and follow the prompts.
- Print your return label.
- Place the items you want to return or exchange in the original packaging.
- Drop off your package with the appropriate shipping carrier.
LOST PACKAGE + DELAYS
In the event a carrier loses an order or shipments are delayed, we will not be liable. We kindly recommend checking surrounding areas as the carrier may leave an item in a discreet area for protection. If after checking, the item is not found, please contact us within 72 hours following the delivery date. We suggest filing a trace first, as the carrier will contact the driver that day to revisit the scene and redeliver the shipment. If the trace is unsuccessful, we recommend filing a claim. For any goods you have paid for but not received, it is standard to offer a web credit once a carrier claim is filed and determined lost. This process may take 30 days or more. If you do not wish to receive credit, we can only further recommend contacting your financial institution directly. Sarah Alexandra is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Delivery delays not based on stock are outside of our control. We will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

ADJUSTMENTS
Sarah Alexandra is pleased to extend a Sale Price Adjustment on eligible items purchased up to 5 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. Previous price adjustments do not qualify for an additional adjustment. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Sarah Alexandra orders are processed the same day if placed by 3 PM CST on weekdays.
We do not ship to PO boxes, since we only ship UPS. If your only
address is a PO box please reach out to our customer service team at
hello@sarahalexandra.com.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, excluding holidays and weekends, for same-day order processing.
UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day orders are not delivered on Saturday or
Sunday. We do not ship orders over the weekend, so please select your
shipping method accordingly. In addition, UPS does not deliver on the
following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day,
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and
Christmas Day.
UPS Ground (1-5 Days) – $5.00

UPS Express (Next Day) – $55.00
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We offer UPS Worldwide Saver shipping on all International orders.
The customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs, duties,
and taxes. All duties and taxes must be paid upon checkout. Please note
we only ship Sarah Alexandra product internationally, all other brands
are not available to be shipped internationally.
Orders will ship the same day when placed by 3pm CT on
weekdays. We cannot offer expedited shipping for International orders at
this time.
Duties and taxes are calculated based on: item(s) ordered,
total dollar amount of order, and country of delivery. Contact the
customs office in the destination country for information about any
applicable duties or taxes.
Sarah Alexandra cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
