PRIVACY POLICY

Sarah Alexandra respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information, when and to whom we disclose such information, and the choices you have about the use and disclosure of that information.

COLLECTION OF BROWSING INFORMATION

When you visit www.SarahAlexandra.com (the “Website”) we automatically collect certain types of browsing information about your Internet browser, computer, and/or device, including information about your Internet Protocol (IP) address and operating system, time zone, browser version, language, and type, domain name system requests, browsing history on the Website, such as date and time of your visit to the Website and visits to the pages within the Website, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. “Device Information.”

Additionally, like most websites, as you browse the Website, our servers automatically log each visitor to the Website and may collect the Device Information described above, including information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Website, and information about how you interact with the Website. Specifically, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Website, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and PayPal), email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information mainly to fulfill any orders placed through the Website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

To improve our products and services;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;

Send relevant emails based on new releases & special promotions; 

Send reminders of items in your cart to complete checkout; and

The law does not require your prior authorization and does not allow you to restrict the disclosures described above, unless noted otherwise. Additionally, we may disclose your information to third parties for whom you have given us authorization or consent to make such disclosure. We do not otherwise share your Personal Information with nonaffiliated third parties, except as required or permitted by law. We reserve the right to transfer your Personal Information and any other information, in connection with the sale or other disposition of all or part of the Sarah Alexandra business and/or assets, or in the event of bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency, receivership, or an assignment for the benefit of creditors. By submitting Personal Information to FNF, you expressly agree and consent to the use and/or transfer of the foregoing information in connection with any of the above described proceedings.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
