Return Policy:
After 14 days, the shirt may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. All sales are final after 45 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in saleable condition. Any worn, washed, or damaged shirts may not be returned. Please note that processing returns and exchanges may take up to one week.
Domestic Returns:
At Sarah Alexandra, we want to make your shopping experience as easy and flexible as possible. That’s why we’re offering our Loop OffSet Return Policy to help you manage returns with ease and convenience.
How It Works:
When you place your order, you have the option to pay a small, one-time fee of $2.98 to unlock free return shipping for eligible items. By paying this fee at the time of purchase, you won’t have to worry about additional costs for returning your item(s) later.
If you choose to pay the return fee upfront:
You can initiate a return or exchange at any time.
You’ll receive a pre-paid return label via our return center.
No additional charges will apply for shipping your item(s) back to us.
If you decide not to pay the return fee at the time of purchase, you may be responsible for a $12.00 service fee when you return your item(s).
Important Notes:
This option does not apply to final sale items or override other store policies.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within our specified return window, as outlined in our Return Policy.

International Returns:
For return shipping, all packages will be sent back via DHL. All International returns are subject to a $40 restocking fee.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- CLICK HERE to create your return label.
- Input your Order Number and Shipping Zip Code and click the gold “Start a return” button to initiate the return or exchange process.
- Select the items you want to return or exchange and follow the prompts.
- Print your return label.
- Place the items you want to return or exchange in the original packaging.
- Drop off your package with the appropriate shipping carrier.
LOST PACKAGE + DELAYS
All shipments will be sent via UPS ground insured; and you may be eligible for reimbursement. However, there are a few important things to consider:
- UPS would generally require proof that the package was stolen, not just lost. This could involve filing a police report or providing evidence that the package was delivered and subsequently taken.
- If the package was delivered and marked as "delivered" in the tracking information, but you didn’t receive it (perhaps because it was stolen after delivery), UPS might need to investigate. They will typically work with the recipient to verify the delivery and any possible theft.
- If you declared a value on the package (e.g., purchased insurance for the item), and it was stolen, UPS would compensate you for the declared value, minus any deductible or fees, as long as the claim falls within their guidelines.
- You would need to file a damage or loss claim with UPS, providing all relevant details and documentation. This includes your tracking number, proof of value (like receipts), and possibly a police report if it was stolen after delivery.
One thing to keep in mind is that if the package was delivered and marked "delivered" by UPS, but the theft occurred after that point (e.g., taken from your doorstep), UPS might point you to your home insurance for reimbursement, as they typically don’t cover theft that happens after the package is delivered.

Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the sale price can be approved. Previous price adjustments do not qualify for an additional adjustment. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Sarah Alexandra orders are processed the same day if placed by 3 PM CST on weekdays.
We do not ship to PO boxes, since we only ship UPS. If your only address is a PO box please reach out to our customer service team at hello@sarahalexandra.com.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, excluding holidays and weekends, for same-day order processing.
UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day orders are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday. We do not ship orders over the weekend, so please select your shipping method accordingly. In addition, UPS does not deliver on the
following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We offer UPS Worldwide Saver shipping on all International orders. The customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs, duties, and taxes. All duties and taxes must be paid upon checkout. Please note we only ship Sarah Alexandra product internationally, all other brands are not available to be shipped internationally.
Orders will ship the same day when placed by 3pm CT on weekdays. We cannot offer expedited shipping for International orders at
this time.
Duties and taxes are calculated based on: item(s) ordered, total dollar amount of order, and country of delivery. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes.
Sarah Alexandra cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
