SHIPPING METHOD

Sarah Alexandra orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped out in 1-2 business days once the order has been processed. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. Expedited orders (Next Day and 2-Day orders) placed before 12 PM EST will ship out the same day unless placed on Saturday or Sunday. These orders will ship out on Monday. Expedited orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship out the following day unless placed on Friday; they will ship on Monday. Expedited orders are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday. We do not ship Ground or Expedited orders over the weekend, so please select your shipping method accordingly. In addition, UPS does not deliver on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to ensure that your orders are protected every step of the way.

We'd like to inform you that, effective immediately, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders once they have been shipped. However, we have taken proactive steps to enhance your shopping experience and provide peace of mind.

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Route Package Protection – a leading insurance provider for online orders. Route Protection offers comprehensive coverage for your purchases, safeguarding them from potential mishaps during transit.

If you need to file a claim, you should have received an email directly from them with the purchase of the protection however, if you haven't received the email or it is lost in your inbox you can access the Route Package Protection Portal here.

By unselecting Route Package Protection at checkout, you are opting out of this premium feature. 

Please note that once your order has been shipped, any issues related to its delivery should be directed to Route Protection. Our customer support team will be happy to assist you with any other non-delivery-related inquiries.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Sarah Alexandra shirts may be returned for a full refund, less $8 for return shipping, within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges for non-sale items are free of charge. After 14 days, the shirt may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. All sales are final after 45 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in saleable condition. Returned items may be subject to a $20 laundering fee. Any worn, washed, or damaged shirts may not be returned. Please note that returns and exchanges make take up to two weeks to process.

Please note sale items cannot be returned. They may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. If you need to return a sale item for store credit, please email hello@sarahalexandra.com with your order number.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. Please CLICK HERE to create your return label.

2. Input your Order Number and Shipping Zip Code and click Start a return to initiate the return or exchange process.

3. Select the items you want to return or exchange and follow the prompts. 

4. Print your return label

5. Place the items you want to return or exchange in the original packaging.

6. Drop off your package with the appropriate shipping carrier.  

7. You will receive an email from hello@sarahalexandra.com once your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return to process the refund or exchange.
