You can have your shirt professionally cleaned or you can do it yourself at home. Whether you’re using your washing machine or hand washing, use cold water and color safe detergent. Separate dark colors. Linedry; do not tumble dry. For ironing ease, iron your shirt while still slightly damp with a hot iron. Be extra aware that when ironing the collar to iron away from the points to avoid creasing. Dark colors are best ironed from the reverse side. Alternatively, you can send your shirts out to be laundered by your favorite drycleaner. Please instruct the dry cleaner to not use starch and to leave the collar up for the Signature Shirt when pressed so that you are free to style the shirt collar how you see fit.
Here’s our sizing chart. Keep in mind it is also a personal preference! If you like for your shirts to be on the more fitted side you might want to go down a size but if you prefer to have them more oversized you might like to try one size larger than what is typical for you. Sarah Alexandra orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipped out in 1-2 business days once the order has been processed. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. Express orders (overnight, two day and three day) placed before 1pm PST will ship out same day unless placed over the weekend. These orders will ship out on Monday. Express orders placed after 1 pm PST will ship out the following day, unless placed Friday, then it will ship Monday. Express orders do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. We do not ship ground or express orders over the weekend so please select your shipping method accordingly.

Sarah Alexandra shirts may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days the shirt may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. All sales are final after 45 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in saleable condition. Any worn, washed, or damaged shirts may not be returned.

5. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return.
